I have spent years working in and around HR, watching brilliant people spend their days on work that should not take that long - drafting the same documents, chasing the same approvals, sitting in meetings with no follow through.

When AI tools started to emerge and change what was possible, I didn't see most HR teams jumping in. I saw (and still see) hesitation, worry about doing it wrong, confusion about where to start.

That is exactly why I created Rethink:Work. Practical, no-nonsense programmes that give HR professionals the confidence and capability to lead AI adoption, rather than lag behind it.

My core belief:

AI does not replace good HR people. It frees them up to do the work that actually matters - the human stuff that no algorithm will ever get right.
